Happiny Dust is currently the best ingredient in the Lotto as it gives you a whopping 68%, so you will only need 15 of it to fill up the bar for 10 printing jobs in the machine!

And with the current baby Pokémon event featuring Happiny all over Kitakami, you can stock up on this sweet ingredient & you can even increase the drop chance if you whip up the # 97 Great Friut Sandwich with the Item Drop Power: Normal Lv. 2!
